您的资金存放在华越托管账户中，仅在货物通过质检且您确认收货后才会释放给供应商。

The buyer transfers 30% of the order value into escrow. The supplier sees 'deposit received' and starts production.
The supplier posts production-line photos weekly. You can add optional in-line inspection at any stage.
Once the supplier reports completion, the Huayuesc QC team visits the factory to inspect 10% of the batch. Pass → seal the container.
The container ships out of Yantian/Shanghai. All-Risk insurance activates automatically. Real-time tracking in the Buyer Center.
You inspect the goods at your Vietnamese warehouse. Click 'Confirm full receipt' → escrow releases the remaining balance to the supplier. Order closed.

质检发现8%的批次在中国国内运输中破裂。买家获得不合格批次100%更换，供应商承担费用，托管资金在新批次通过质检前冻结。
集装箱在新加坡过境时部分烧毁。华越保险在9天内赔付$14,400（FOB的110%）——买家及时重新下单，赶上开业。
供应商比合同生产计划延迟45天。买家触发罚则——托管自动退还买家30%的货值，订单免费取消。
