🔧Installation Guide
- 1.Take actual measurements on site before fabrication and draw a slab layout plan to optimize vein direction and seam locations
- 2.Cut with CNC and bridge saw; after drilling and edging, finely polish edges to eliminate chipping and stress cracks
- 3.Use color-matched quartz-specific adhesive for seams, keeping countertop joints within an imperceptible range
- 4.Ensure the cabinet support surface is flat and evenly load-bearing; add support bars and reinforcement ribs at long spans or cutout locations
- 5.After installation, clean the surface, finish seams and final polish, check each slab for flatness before handover
🧽Care & Cleaning
Wipe with a soft cloth using warm water or neutral cleaner to restore shine — no waxing or polishing needed, offering gentle, almost maintenance-free care.
Quartz stone has excellent heat resistance, but you should use trivets for hot pots and pans to avoid sudden localized thermal shock that stresses the adhesive layer.
Stubborn stains can be cleaned with a mild detergent solution and a non-abrasive sponge, then rinsed with water and dried immediately.
Avoid high-concentration strong acids or alkalis, abrasive cleaning powders, and steel wool, as they can damage the polished surface.
