QC Inspector × 3 — inspect goods at AQL 2.5 before shipment, work directly at factories, write photo/video reports; preference for experience in porcelain tiles or wooden furniture. Supplier Auditor × 1 — assess production capacity, occupational safety, and environment; requires technical background. Vietnamese-Chinese Commercial Interpreter × 1 — HSK 6, familiar with construction materials/furniture industry terminology, accompanies Vietnamese buyer delegations to factories. Logistics Coordinator (Guangzhou) × 1 — book containers, work with carriers COSCO/MSC/OOCL from Huangpu/Yantian/Shekou ports.

Distribution Sales VLXD × 2 — sales to porcelain tile/sanitary ware/paint distributors in Northern and Central provinces; preference for those with building materials distribution experience. Distribution Sales Furniture × 2 — sales of wood furniture/sofas/kitchen cabinets to construction contractors, design firms, furniture distributors. Salary & benefits (actual VN/China market): Guangzhou — fixed salary per Guangdong benchmark for Vietnamese working in China (30-50% higher than equivalent in Vietnam), full board and lodging (dormitory or rental allowance), China medical insurance + international health insurance. Haiphong — fixed salary at Top 25% of Haiphong market for each position; sales earn additional commission of 1-3% of successfully delivered order value, no cap. General benefits: full social/health/unemployment insurance under VN law (or China law for Guangzhou positions), additional health insurance for family, 13th-month Tet bonus, quarterly KPI bonus of 10-20% of salary. Chinese language HSK 4-6 support for Haiphong employees (Huayue covers 100% tuition for courses in Hanoi/Haiphong). 7. A Day at Huayue

A day at Huayue Guangzhou (Sourcing Manager): 8:30 arrive at office on Floor 3, Shuyu Chuangxing Port, check emails from Vietnamese buyers from last night. 9:00 head to porcelain tile factory in Foshan (45 min drive) with QC Inspector — inspect quality of a 500 m² order for a Hanoi distributor. 12:00 lunch with factory rep, negotiate next order pricing. 14:30 back to office, write PI in Chinese to factory + Vietnamese translation to buyer. 16:00 video call with Hanoi team — sync container en route status. 17:30 finish work. A day at Huayue Hanoi (Customs Broker): 7:30 arrive at Ecolife Building, Dai Mo, Hanoi, check list of containers arriving at port today. 8:30 receive documents from Guangzhou (BL, Packing List, Invoice, C/O Form E). 9:00 declare on VNACCS — directly integrated with General Department of Customs system, clearance usually within 2-4 hours. 13:00 coordinate with warehouse team to unload container, inspect shipment. 15:00 hand over goods to trucks for delivery to customer warehouse in Hanoi/HCMC. 17:30 go home.
