🔧Installation Guide
- 1.Surface preparation: wall clean, dry, and sound; level and repair with flexible exterior putty, with crack treatment properly executed.
- 2.Sealing primer: apply one full coat of corresponding anti-alkali sealing primer (e.g., sanding primer) to lock in alkalinity, improve adhesion, and prevent salt efflorescence.
- 3.Layout and panel division: snap layout lines and apply masking tape according to design; where needed, use stripe paint to mark division lines for a neat overall effect.
- 4.Stone effect spraying: spray colored sand coat by coat using a stone effect gun until uniform and full, controlling texture and thickness, then remove masking tape to finish edges.
- 5.Topcoat curing: when the stone-effect paint is completely dry, apply one to two coats of clear topcoat to enhance weather and dirt resistance, and allow natural curing to form a film.
🧽Care & Cleaning
Applying a corresponding clear topcoat after application will enhance weather resistance, dirt resistance and efflorescence resistance, keeping the stone texture and color durable longer.
Surface dust self-cleans by rain, or rinse with clean water at low pressure from top to bottom; avoid high-pressure water jets and hard brushes that may damage the colored sand layer.
Repair chipped or sand-lost areas with the same product code and batch, using the original texture technique, and feather the coating edges to minimize color and texture differences.
Periodically inspect joints and edges for cracks and leaks, and repair and seal promptly to protect the colored sand layer and the wall.
