🔧Installation Guide
- 1.Determine sequence: based on the stone/texture effect paint system, identify the position of line paint, intermediate coat and topcoat in the overall sequence
- 2.Elastic intermediate primer: apply elastic intermediate primer over the primer, using a special roller to create texture or compressed air spray gun to achieve smooth / raised pattern effect
- 3.Score line jointing: as per design, draw score line paint along the reserved dividing lines, keeping the wall neatly divided into blocks with clear layers
- 4.Protection with topcoat: when the finish coat is completely dry, apply one to two coats of transparent topcoat, choose gloss / matte as required, to enhance weather resistance and dirt resistance
- 5.Film curing: allow sufficient time intervals between each step, keep the application environment ventilated and dry, and avoid high humidity and rainy weather
🧽Care & Cleaning
Line paint, clear topcoat and similar must be combined with the corresponding stone/texture effect paint system and applied in the specified sequence to be effective.
Once the clear topcoat cures, weather resistance and anti-fouling improve significantly; daily self-cleaning by rain is sufficient — avoid hard brushes and strong solvents.
If joint lines show signs of wear, repaint and touch up with the same line paint code to keep the overall profile neat.
Allow sufficient time between each step of intermediate and topcoats, wait until fully dry before the next coat to avoid peeling and whitening.
