🔧Installation Guide
- 1.Before selection, the technical team conducts a site survey: verify pit depth, top floor headroom, shaft clear dimensions, travel distance, and rated load.
- 2.Construction coordination: the shaft, pit, and machine room (or support beams for machine-room-less type) are built according to interface drawings with embedded parts and rail brackets positioned.
- 3.Trained and certified technical team hoists the traction machine, installs guide rails and cabin, properly completes electrical connections, automatic door interlocks, and adjusts the overspeed governor / safety gear.
- 4.Emergency rescue system (automatic leveling on power failure / manual hand-cranking) and a five-party intercom are connected; safety circuit and brake are item-checked.
- 5.Upon completion, perform no-load and full-load test runs; then, after passing the supervision inspection by an authorized special equipment inspection agency, the use registration dossier is prepared before the elevator is handed over for operation.
🧽Care & Cleaning
At specified intervals (typically every 15 days to 1 month), a licensed maintenance unit inspects and lubricates the load cables / guide rails, brake, door system, and control cabinet.
Annual safety inspection is conducted as required by the local special equipment regulatory authority; if abnormal noise, vibration, or inaccurate floor stopping occurs during operation, stop the elevator immediately and call for service.
Regularly check the emergency power-off automatic leveling system, intercom, and alarm system to ensure timely communication and rescue in case of entrapment in the car.
Clean with a cleaning solution suitable for the car material (stainless steel / glass / wood finish), avoid scratching mirror surfaces and engraved panels with hard objects.
