- 1.Let tiles acclimate in interior environment ≥ 24h before installation
- 2.Use C2TE tile adhesive (deformable, per EN 12004) — DO NOT use traditional cement mortar for sizes ≥ 600×600
- 3.Minimum expansion joint 1.5 mm — use genuine KITO cross spacers
- 4.10 mm notched trowel for tiles ≤ 600×600, 12 mm trowel for large formats
- 5.Light foot traffic allowed after 24 hours, grouting after 72 hours
- 6.Grout with 2-part epoxy for wet areas (bathroom, kitchen)
- 7.Recommended installation in '1/3 offset' pattern (each tile shifted by 1/3 of previous tile) — standard real wood plank laying
- 8.2-3 mm joint to simulate natural wood gaps
