🔧Installation Guide
- 1.Let tiles acclimate in interior environment ≥ 24h before installation
- 2.Use C2TE tile adhesive (deformable, per EN 12004) — DO NOT use traditional cement mortar for sizes ≥ 600×600
- 3.Minimum expansion joint 1.5 mm — use genuine KITO cross spacers
- 4.10 mm notched trowel for tiles ≤ 600×600, 12 mm trowel for large formats
- 5.Light foot traffic allowed after 24 hours, grouting after 72 hours
- 6.Grout with 2-part epoxy for wet areas (bathroom, kitchen)
🧽Care & Cleaning
Daily Cleaning
Wipe with soft cloth or microfiber mop with warm water + mild neutral pH cleaner (5-9). DO NOT use strong acids, strong alkalis, or metal tools.
Stubborn Stains
Grease: use diluted dish soap. Coffee/wine: wipe immediately with warm water + soap. Rust: use 5% oxalic acid. Ink: use 70% alcohol.
Periodic Maintenance
Every 3-6 months: clean with specialized ceramic tile cleaner (Fila Cleaner or equivalent) to restore gloss and glaze.
Prevention
Place doormats at entrances to limit sand and gravel that cause scratches. Attach rubber pads under furniture legs. Avoid dragging heavy objects.

KITO provides a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects (warpage > 0.5%, glaze pinholes, lack of flatness) when installed per guidelines. Huayue Vietnam offers an additional 2-year warranty for transport + installation if the customer takes the service combo.
▸Can I order custom color / pattern?
For project orders ≥ 5,000 m² or ≥ 50,000 USD, KITO accepts custom pattern + color. Sample R&D time 30-45 days, MOQ 3,000 m². Contact Huayue sourcing Guangzhou for quotation.
▸Do you offer DDP shipping to Vietnam?
Yes. Huayue offers full package EXW Foshan → DDP warehouse Hanoi/HCMC/Da Nang. Includes import duties, VAT, local delivery. DDP price is 15-20% cheaper than separate import. Quote within 24h.
▸What is the minimum order quantity in m²?
Stock MOQ: 50 m² / SKU. Production MOQ: 3,000 m² / SKU. Can mix multiple SKUs in one 20ft / 40ft HQ container.

▸Is candy glaze more prone to scratching than matte glaze?
No. Surface hardness Mohs 7 (equivalent to natural quartz). To scratch candy glaze requires something harder than quartz sand — virtually no such item indoors. Test: ordinary steel knife DOES NOT scratch.
▸Does the glossy surface make rooms slippery?
Slip resistance R10 dry — safe for living rooms + bedrooms + halls. However NOT recommended for bathrooms, pools, outdoor facades (need R11/R12 — see Cực Trí or Tượng Tâm series).
