🔧Installation Guide

  • 1.Select panel type based on application: interior and exterior partitions, external walls, floors, roofs, and fireproof encasement of steel columns and beams; choose thickness based on load and fire resistance rating.
  • 2.Wall panels are fixed to beams and floor slabs using panel clips, with L=25mm powder-actuated fasteners and M8 metal expansion bolts; fire-resistant wall panels are installed on light-gauge steel framing and locked with self-drilling screws.
  • 3.Floor and roof panels are placed on steel beams and connected using steel angle brackets and M12 chemical anchors, with overlap and anchorage controlled per engineering drawings.
  • 4.Tightly fill panel joints with cement mortar and properly treat connection nodes to ensure reliable sound insulation, fire resistance, and crack resistance.
  • 5.When joints are dry, skim coat with joint compound and apply interior wall paint, or finish with a thin plaster layer as per project requirements, resulting in a smooth, beautiful wall.

Finishing

Use a bonding primer and thin-coat mortar suitable for AAC substrate; fill joints according to specifications and embed reinforcing mesh to effectively prevent cracking of the finish.
