🔧Installation Guide
- 1.Read the applicable installation standard for the pipe type before installation
- 2.Cut pipe square, chamfer edge, and deburr before joining
- 3.Select correct joining method per material: heat fusion (PP-R/PE-RT), butt fusion/electrofusion (PE), solvent cement (PVC-U), press fit (stainless steel)
- 4.Pressure test the entire line after installation before acceptance and backfill
- 5.For buried pipes: create sand bedding, backfill and compact per procedure to avoid deformation
🧽Care & Cleaning
Check pipe body for cracks and dents; ensure fittings and rubber gaskets are intact. Allow pipe to acclimate to installation environment temperature.
Operate within rated pressure and allowable temperature limits of each pipe type. Avoid strong mechanical impact on exposed piping.
Check for leaks at joints and valves; clean inlet strainer. For hot water systems, check thermal expansion and supports.
