- 1.The base layer must be firm, flat, and clean; large-format tiles should have a leveling screed and hollow-sound control.
- 2.Use thin-set tile adhesive / mortar to fully cover the back, ensuring large tiles are fully buttered without hollow spots.
- 3.Lay according to the designed joint width or tight joint A', using spacers and leveling tools to control lippage.
- 4.After laying and curing, proceed with grouting; before grouting, clean the joints and select grout according to the color chart.
