Engineered Quartz Stone
With a hard, non-porous, and nearly maintenance-free surface, quartz stone has maintained its leading position among engineered countertop materials for many years and remains the top choice for high-end kitchens across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Rooted in Nan'an Shuitou — the stone capital of China — Pengxiang has deeply mastered this product line, providing stable slab supply and a continuously updated Calacatta vein library, bringing import-quality closer to every everyday home.
Why Choose This Product Line?
Hard & scratch-resistant
Mohs hardness exceeds most natural stones — daily friction from keys, knives, forks leaves no marks.
Non-porous & impermeable
Dense structure, no pores block water and oil; grease, wine, stains wipe clean, and no harbor for bacteria.
Acid-resistant & heat-resistant
Gently handles fruit acids, cleaning solutions, and brief high temperatures, ideal for busy kitchens.
Rich patterns & colors
From solid tones to Calacatta with gray and gold veining, meeting aesthetics from minimalist to refined luxury.
Easy care
No sealing or waxing needed — just a wipe with neutral cleaner keeps it looking new for years.

🏭Production Process
- ▸Founded in 2006 in Shuitou, Nan'an, Fujian — China's stone capital — Fujian Pengxiang Industrial is a leading domestic manufacturer of engineered stone and quartz.
- ▸Quartz aggregates are crushed, screened, and color-matched, then mixed with resin and hardener in precise ratios before vacuum vibro-compression into a seamless slab, ensuring a dense, void-free body.
- ▸The pressed blanks are cured and shaped in a high-temperature kiln, then sequentially rough-ground and fine-polished to a mirror finish on a multi-head polishing line, producing flat slabs with uniform gloss.
- ▸The entire line uses infrared thickness calibration, precision cutting, and four-side trimming, tightly controlling thickness tolerance and diagonal deviation to facilitate downstream processing.
- ▸OEM/ODM and custom production supported: color, vein, thickness, and surface finish are customizable, with monthly capacity reaching several thousand square meters.
🏆Quality Certifications
- ✓ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification
- ✓Non-radioactive material inspection (reference decorative material class A)
- ✓Periodic testing of water absorption, Mohs hardness, flexural strength, and abrasion resistance
- ✓Bonded with environmentally friendly resin, low VOC content, meeting green building material requirements
- ✓Test report for acid/alkali resistance, stain resistance, and high temperature resistance
🔧Installation Guide
- 1.Measure actual dimensions on site before fabrication and draw a layout plan to optimize grain direction and cutout positions, minimizing waste during cutting.
- 2.Cut blanks using a CNC waterjet cutter or bridge saw, round corners at sink and cooktop cutouts, and chamfer edges by grinding according to the drawing.
- 3.Ensure the cabinet or supporting surface is flat and evenly load-bearing; add support bars or reinforcing panels for overhangs and long spans.
- 4.Adhere seams with a color-matched quartz adhesive, align with the grain direction, press flat, and remove excess adhesive.
- 5.After installation, clean the countertop, grind and polish seam joints, then check overall flatness and seam consistency.
🧽Care & Cleaning
Wipe with a soft cloth dampened with warm water or a neutral detergent to restore gloss — no waxing or sealing required, low maintenance and long-lasting.
Use a cutting board when chopping and place a trivet under hot pots to avoid damage from stress caused by sudden local temperature changes.
Treat stubborn stains with a mild cleaner and a non-abrasive scrub pad, gently wipe, then rinse immediately with water.
Avoid prolonged contact of the surface with concentrated acids or alkalis, strong oxidizers, and abrasive powders to protect the gloss.
