🔧Installation Guide
- 1.Survey hoistway dimensions, travel height, overtravel and pit depth, and on-site load requirements to determine machine-room / machine-roomless configuration.
- 2.The installation team is authorized, trained, and certified by Toshiba, assembled on site, positioned according to drawings, and hoists guide rails and traction machine, with standardized procedures and clear individual responsibility.
- 3.Complete electrical connections, thread traction cables, assemble car and counterweight, and check each safety circuit item and travel switch.
- 4.Perform balance factor check, overload interlock and overspeed governor test, and adjust leveling accuracy to ensure smooth operation and precise floor stopping.
- 5.Before being put into service, the equipment must pass acceptance by the special equipment inspection authority; only after obtaining the inspection certificate may it be formally handed over for passenger use.
