Transaction Assurance Mechanism
All transactions on Huayuesc are protected by Transaction Assurance. Your T/T deposit of 30% and the remaining 70% are held in a partner bank escrow account (not in Huayuesc's hands, not in the supplier's hands). The supplier only receives payment after you confirm receipt of goods meeting quality standards. If you do not confirm within 14 days from delivery, the system automatically releases funds to prevent unreasonable withholding.

When an issue occurs
If goods are not as described, delayed, or defective, submit a complaint within 7 days of receipt. Attach evidence (photo/video), order number, and shipping invoice. The Huayuesc dispute team confirms within 24 hours and begins investigation. Contact supplier in Chinese, audit products at buyer's warehouse if needed. Provide a resolution plan within 3-5 business days.
Resolution plan
3 resolution options:
- 100% refund from escrow — if goods are seriously misdescribed.
- Free replacement — supplier remanufactures + free DDP to Vietnam.
- Agreed compensation — X% discount if minor defect accepted by buyer. Huayuesc directly handles resolution with supplier, buyer does not need Chinese. Complaints resolved in favor of buyer: 87% (Q3/2025 report).
