ERP & Webhook Integration Roadmap
Currently, Huayue works with Vietnamese buyers mainly through website, email, and hotline. However, for large enterprises (distributors, construction contractors, large-scale interior design companies) that already have internal ERPs — Misa, Bravo, FAST, AccNet, SAP B1, or Oracle NetSuite — manually entering data from Huayue into their ERP to issue e-invoices (under Decree 123/2020/NĐ-CP), sync inventory, or pull orders to trigger internal workflows costs 20-40 admin hours per month. Huayue is building a REST API + Webhook to solve this problem.

Use cases supported
Use cases supported in the first API version (expected Q4 2026):
- Pull orders from Huayue to buyer's ERP (auto-trigger internal PO, accounting, issue VAT invoice).
- Push order status from Huayue (production → container loading → port arrival → customs clearance → warehouse delivery) to buyer's ERP dashboard.
- Event-driven Webhooks for: order.created, order.shipped, order.delivered, dispute.opened, refund.processed.
- Catalog and partner DDP price sync. Pre-built integrations for popular ERPs in Vietnam: Misa SME, Bravo, FAST Accounting, KiotViet, Sapo, Haravan; SAP B1 and Oracle NetSuite for large enterprises (Q2 2027).

I'm using Misa/Bravo/FAST — when does Huayue support automatic integration?▾
Connectors for Misa SME, Bravo, FAST Accounting are in the first wave of the Q4 2026 API release. For urgent needs now, Huayue’s technical team can export orders to Excel/CSV on a custom schedule (daily/weekly) via email — you import manually into ERP. Send request to mcy@huayuesc.com.
When should I consider API integration?▾
If your business processes >50 orders/month from Huayue, or needs to issue e-invoices within 24h per Decree 123/2020, or manages inventory via a separate WMS — API integration saves 20-40 admin hours/month. Smaller businesses should use the web dashboard.
Are there any costs for the API?▾
Huayue is designing the pricing model. Buyers and distribution partners actively transacting will get the first 6 months free (early access). After that, we plan a free tier for ≤1,000 calls/day and a paid tier for enterprise. Details will be announced when the API launches.
